Here you will find a library of resources to help you implement PBL in your curriculum planning and in your classroom. Created from a mix of experience, professional development, and research the goal of this site is to offer individuals a way to access PBL in their classroom.
This site also serves as the home to the PBL Podcast a weekly podcast dedicated to all things project based learning, and good teaching in general. The Podcast features four regular segments. Inside PBL is a regular segment that tackles the ins and outs of teaching in a PBL class. Offering suggestions, advice, and tricks from my experience within a PBL classroom- inside PBL is the heart of the podcast. Another regular segment of the podcast is In the News, which looks at education stories making the rounds that week. On Twitterverse is a site dedicated to growing and working within my professional learning network (PLN) each week I participate in a #twitterchat and recap the relevations. Tied to twitterverse is the final segment most weeks our Tweet of the Week, where I award 1,000,000 internets to the most profound tweet from my PLN.
The Knowledge Base(TKB) is my weekly blog, again focusing on all things PBL and education, TKB allows the sharing of thoughts and reflections in a meaningful and productive way. The topics can range across the spectrum of education but always return to the core values of this site: promoting good teaching, and caring for students.
